Delete Your Account
You can delete your NumKnit account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes the data listed below.
Delete from the app (recommended)
- Open the NumKnit app and sign in.
- Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.
- Tap “Delete Account”.
- Tap “Delete” in the confirmation dialog.
If you can no longer use the app
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, send an email to support@numknit.com from the Google account email address you used in NumKnit, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will verify your request and delete the account.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes the following data:
- Link to your Google account
- Email address
- Account name and profile picture URL
Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. We do not store any other personal data on our servers. Your knitting projects and designs are stored only on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the app.
